the ultimate goal for anybody when making a budget is to save money and either blow it on something else, and you can achieve this by knowing your fixed expenses like rent and food so you don't spend the money on a variable expense like investing into some new company that makes tacky dog clothes and your banker says dont do it because the chances of income from the company is slim to none but there still gonna squeeze differing large sums of money from you but darn it your still gonna do it, and not have next months rent and downsize to your car. But if you dont engage in foolishness and live a thrify life and have good credit you just might be able to buy a used car and a rundown house.
