these inequalities are too easy. WHy not try to solve it for yourselves. If you do not know how to solve an inequality, here's how. Just isolate the variables from the constants. e.g. 3x +3 > 6 3x +3 - 3 > 6 - 3 3x > 3 after isolating, remove the numerical coefficient of the variavble

OpenStudy (anonymous):

by dividing both side by 3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so your x > 1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That makes no sense

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what part doesn't make sense? The part where I don't directly give the answer? or the part where you don't understand that what i gave was just an example? =))

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thank you for indirectly calling me an idiot. No need to waste any more of your precious time on me I will figure it out myself.

If you want to know how to deal with the rational numbers beside those variables, then: e.g. x/3 >= 3 to eliminate 3 from x, just multiply both sides by 3 so x >= 6 note: when you multiply or divide both sides by a negative number, make sure to change the orientation of the sign.

Sorry if i have offended you but i need to comply with the rules. and rules says that i should not give the answers directly.
