Response is the system's reaction to the stimulus true or false

That's right. A stimulus is something that our senses can detect. And a reaction could be how we respond to the stimulus, or what happens to our bodies, because of the stimulus. ~~~~~~~~ Here's an example... Stimulus: Heat Reaction: Sweating When our bodies detect heat, we sweat. Sweat is the body's way of keeping itself cool. ~~~~~~~~~~ Here's another example: Stimulus: The sound of a balloon, popping. Reaction: Flinching When we hear the sound of a balloon popping, we flinch. What that means is that we jump, or twitch, because for a quick moment, we are startled. Scared.
