PLease help have a test tomorrow!!
Two reasons hwy the us constituion should be ratified
just help me outline the two reasons I could use in why it should be ratified for example like debt and weak government ? evidence to proove those reasons aor any other reason. Please help

The Bill of Rights was not contained in the Constitution as adopted but was understood that Amendments would be proposed for adoption in the First Congress. (there were 12 proposed, 10 adopted initially.)

A single currency

Abolishing internal tariffs

A more effective central government, including a new process for adopting legislation.
