QUESTION GOING TO BE POSTED BELOW HELP PLS :D

OpenStudy (kuoministers):

evaluate \[a + \frac{ 1 }{ a }\] for these values of A

OpenStudy (kuoministers):

\[\frac{ 3 - \sqrt{3} \ }{ 3 + \sqrt{3} }\] = A

OpenStudy (kuoministers):

i know you need to substitute A into the equation but then im lost

OpenStudy (kuoministers):

\[\frac{ 3 - \sqrt{3} }{ 3 + \sqrt{3} } + \frac{ 1 }{ \frac{ 3 - \sqrt{3} }{ 3 + \sqrt{3}} }\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hmm, well for the right part remember dividing by a fraction is same as multiplying by reciprocal blah blah So youve now got \[(3-\sqrt{3})/(3+\sqrt{3}) + (3+\sqrt{3})/(3-\sqrt{3})\]

OpenStudy (kuoministers):

oh thanks so much i FORGOT THAT

OpenStudy (kuoministers):

i reckon i can solve that now :) dont u love my new pic the cat?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yep the cat picture is nice. I was hoping youd be good from here because i have no idea. lolol
