according to feynman whose definition might be one of the best
force is something which cause acceleration to a body however we can not say it is rate of change of momentum exactly cause this leads us to the question what is momentum and then we say it is integral of force wrt to time so it keeps on going in a circle hence the finest or the most accurate answer (yet) could be force is mass times acceleration until mass is constant or more better force is a quality of a physical body acting on it when it is accelerating............
