OpenStudy (anonymous):

i didn't say 'you're stupid' :) on this triangle height=8 and base=7 can you continue??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

idk

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i didnt say u called me stupid i said i was

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do you want the solution??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

area=height*base/2 area=8*7/2 area=28 ok??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i need help on anoth one

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i dont get it

OpenStudy (goten77):

what dont u get about it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how they got it

OpenStudy (goten77):

hmm well ill try to explain each step with words step 1 was to combine it into the multiplication form which u can do only if the log base is the same.... step 2 is that the log 3 is raised to the power of 3 to get the answer *hence these are all log properties* step 3 then is just solving for x using the factor format or quadratic formula but x cant = -5 since log ( -5 + 2) = log(-3) and you cant take the log of a -#

ok
