Identify the coordinates of point E

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Here the graph

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hi is it -2,-3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

cAN YU GUYS HELP ME

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Caps

OpenStudy (anonymous):

right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I am right -2,-3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It is -2,-3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Incomplete sir

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I got one right can you help me with few more sir?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes you are right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What are the x- and y-intercepts of the line? 2x - 3y = -12 (Points : 4) x-intercept 6, y-intercept -4 x-intercept -6, y-intercept 4 x-intercept-4, y-intercept 6 x-intercept 4, y-intercept -6

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Incomplete sir can you help me on this one

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes i can

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks

OpenStudy (anonymous):

This is just a similar problem to the first one we did. Plug in the points to see which one equals zero

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hi

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x-intercept -6, y-intercept 4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Mathew, there is a cool program that you can download for free. It is a calculator, and it also graphs and charts x,y coordinates and everything

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I want to learn by my self

OpenStudy (anonymous):

By ahnd

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can somebody please help me when you are finished

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Im sorry, i meant to say plug in the points to see which one equals -12.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it is like a real calculator, you do it yourself but It helps you graph it and solve for x and etc

OpenStudy (anonymous):

aM I RIGHT

OpenStudy (anonymous):

nO THATS NOT IT

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Is itx-intercept 6, y-intercept -4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You there

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sorry i was working on something else too, but is that the correct equation? Im missing something for some reason

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah thats the correct one

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I dont have a pencil it brooke

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh i misread the question. To find the x-intercept set y=0, then solve for x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So your x-intercept would look like 2x-3(0)=-12 2x=-12 x=-6

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hope that helps

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So its

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x-intercept -6, y-intercept 4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes sir.
