Can you give some advice how to improve my English? I think I can speak it and I know a lot of words. But sometimes I use them not correctly or in wrong situations. My grammar is not very good too. And I want to enlarge my vocabulary. I've tried to read books in English but it was not very useful.

I believe grammer is the basic of a language and you (and I) should be capable of composing sentences right.  Vocabulary comes second to grammer at any level of learning a language.

You can explain complicated things and situations without sophisticated vocabulary by making excellent use of basic vocabulary, but you can't do so with poor grammer skill. 

If you have quite good vocabulary and relatively poor grammer, then what I recommend to you is to strengthen your grammer.

I think you should take a class or get a tutor for grammar, and just converse and talk with lots of people to improve your general English.
Also reading books always helps even if you are fluent.
