Pretend you only have one hour left to live. After all, someday that will certainly be true. Draw that air in -- isn't it sweet, knowing you only have a few hundred easy breaths left, before each one becomes a tearing gasping agony and you start to suffocate? Look around. Isn't the world beautifully colorful, knowing it will go dark for you forever in just 360 more heartbeats? Remember something that happened to you today. Isn't it nice being able to remember experience, knowing in a short time you and everything that ever happened to you will be gone forever?

Now take a step back and realize something. Even if you *do* have many more hours than just the next one to live, they are quite finite. If you are in high school about 43,000 hours are left to you. Someday you *will* have just one more hour to live. When you look back at this hour, in front of you now, what will you remember having done with it? Will you remember treasuring it, as one of your precious finite stock? Or will you have thrown it away?

If you're still bored after that mental exercise, you lack either imagination or sense.
