Shylock. Shylock hid behind the fact that he was a sadist by demanding a pound of flesh in retribution. It is natural to ask for retribution, so Shylock wasn't completley in the wrong. Shylock though asked for a poud of flesh which is just nasty. He fought so hard to get it, showing how twisted he really was.
