Is there any way that you can use the numbers in the year (2013) to result in 19. You can add, subtract, multiply, divide, factorial, raise a number to a power, or square root the numbers, but they have to be kept in the order (2, 0, 1, 3). You can also combine numbers in consecutive orders to make one number (combine 2 and 0 to make 20).
