If I graph the polynomial function y=-x^3+4x should the points I get be: x| -3 | -2 | -1 | 0 | 1 | 2 y| 15 | 0 | -3 | 0 | 5 | 16 or am I wrong?

Did you plug them into the equation?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I did

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hmm.. Could you show me how you did it so i can correct your mistake.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I used a graphing calculator and plugged in for x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Dont trust a graphing calculator because it only does what you tell it to do. It does not correct your mistakes. For (-3, 15). if you plug in your x's in real life u will notice that it equals -21

Ok, I shall do it on paper.
