Just starting here, I'm not sure: do we actually submit our problem sets somewhere, or this is just for the regular onsite students?

no submissions. you can download solutions to the problems and compare them with your answers. If you learn how to do the problems, you don't even need to take any tests or quizzes to prove that you've learned.

There is no solutions given for problem set #0, but I believe solutions are provided for every other problem set. Titled "Solutions (ZIP)"
