What are your choices?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The presidents veto an be overrulled if the house of represntatives and the senate

OpenStudy (whpalmer4):

If the president doesn't sign a bill, and more than 10 days (not including Sundays) pass before Congress adjourns, the bill becomes law without a signature. If Congress adjourns before the 10 days elapse, the bill does not become law, and it is called a pocket veto (the president vetos the bill by putting it in his/her pocket).
