Factor 2x^2+9x=7

OpenStudy (zehanz):

I think first you have to write it as:\[2x^2+9x-7=0\] If it can be factored, it will be "nice" numbers, so something like:\[(2x +a)(x+b)=0\] Because you know that after FOILing (2x+a)(x+b) this has to be 2x²+9x-7, you now realize that: 1. ab=-7 2. 2b+a=9 3. a and b are "nice" (hopefully integer) numbers. Can you find them?
