Texts from the Classical Age by -  Socrates. Plato, and Aristotle. Muslim scholars were well known for being very knowledgeable in these fields: astronomy, history and philosophy as well as medicine and math.  Hope that helped you. You could always google Islamic texts, translations and such. They did translate a  lot of important texts, although I am not sure exactly which ones. :}D
