How does the painting show how the people’s economy (money/wealth) was? How does the painting show society (how people lived) during the time? What are 3 things in the picture that represent “changes” that took place during this time in history? What are 3 ways that people are interacting in the picture, explain each of the 3 and how it relates to Medieval Europe?

Well by looking at the picture (I think I might need glasses lol XD ) It looks like the wealth of the people IN the picture was alright, they don't look like they are struggling for food or anything else. It shows that society lived without the general stuff we have today, AND life would have been so so much more challenging..Most ordinary people were peasants, They often had little freedom, and many obligations. Few were permitted to travel, while most peasants were obliged to stay on their lord's land. Ordinary people had small, thatched-roof homes, which were small, damp and dark with few windows. Most people had only one or two rooms in their houses, and they all slept in the same room. The floors were strewn with rushes or straw, People eat simple food, especially bread, vegetables, milk and cheese. Meat was occasionally eaten. Meat did not always taste good, because in order to preserve meat the peasants used a lot of salt. Wealthy people lived in more comfortable homes. The floors were paved, and the walls might have tapestries. Larger windows were possible, which meant that there was more light. Their diet contained much more meat, sometimes too much which could lead to health problems. In their kitchens, they had big fireplaces where large animals could be roasted on a spit. Wild animals were favorites on the lord's table, where hare, swans and blackbirds, ect were eaten. Changes would have taken place were the Crusades and the Formation of Western Europe. :D The Crusades were in the age inspired by wars of conquest. They wanted to regain control over the "holy land" otherwise known as Palestine. :) Also getting rid of quarreling knights who were disrupting the peace >:O lol Merchants wanted to gain trade routes and have more profits.. In the society Harnessed horses often replaced oxen in pulling plows. They could plow at least 3 times more field a day than oxen could, plowing more = need for bigger fields, = more production = more food, = increased population. :) Guilds started, such as Merchant guilds (controlled the number of goods produced to keep prices up), Artisans (Set standards for quality, wages, working conditions), Guilds training people in new craft, (Apprentice, Journeyman, Master). The guilds produced more and better products and influenced the economy and government. 1. The people in the picture are trading goods. (what it looks like anyways XD ) This was popular and a very important event. :) 2. It looks like there are masters and apprentices together. The masters might be training the apprentices in something. 3. I'm out of ideas at the moment XD You can probably come up with something :D Hope this will help :3
