I can post my work if you'd like. I came out with .088 m/s, but that is wrong.

My suggestion would be to use conservation of energy since the force varies with time. Integrate the force curve and set that equal to change in potential energy from height and kinetic energy with upward velocity. Using F=ma to find the acceleration and taking the second integral will yeild the height for gravitational potential.
