When you fan someone I believe you should like be automatically tagged. When "that" person asks a question.

I think the system they have works. In reality it gives everyone a fair chance, I mean, I know I'm sexy but it's not just my pic that gives me friends and people to answer my questions ;D 
No, but I would be super irritated if I kept getting notifications for peoples questions.

@FirstFrostByte I don't think so, your notifications will soon blow up, not being able to focus on the important things, like questions you posted or were you answered something. So I disagree.
