OpenStudy (rva.raghav):

what is the best book for thermodynamics

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Engineering Thermodynamics by Cengel is the best , You can download it free from this site : http://www.campus.mechies.in/2013/01/mechanical-engineering-books.html You can use P.K. Nag , if you are an indian student . It's the most popular book for thermodynamics in india. Best of luck .

OpenStudy (rva.raghav):

can u tell me some other books

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Nope :)

OpenStudy (rva.raghav):

i hv read p k nag but its boring.tell me some other good books

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Then try cengel , lot's of illustrations and real life problems . It will be easier if u have gone through Resnick Physics in your high schools.

OpenStudy (rva.raghav):

yes even i hv studied halliday resnick book

OpenStudy (rva.raghav):

cengel is good but for exam point of view it's little bit difficult

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Have a look at NPTEL lecture notes and videos ..

OpenStudy (rva.raghav):

what u are telling i have already done

OpenStudy (rva.raghav):

tell me some books instead

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Engineering Thermodynamics by Van Wylen and Sontag, John Wiley Engineering Thermodynamics by Lynn D Russel and George A Adebiyl (Oxford University Press) :)

OpenStudy (rva.raghav):

tell me some basic books for control systems

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think you are probably in 5th Sem (Mechanical Engineering) , am i right ?

OpenStudy (rva.raghav):

no

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then?

OpenStudy (rva.raghav):

4th sem

OpenStudy (rva.raghav):

please tell me basic books for control systems

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok , so here you goes with the best reference book : Mechanical Measurements: T.G. beckwith & N. Lewis Buck ,

OpenStudy (rva.raghav):

hey i am asking u for control systems

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok ok.. actually we have both mechanical measurements and control system , so i confused Well probably we have used Control System by Nagrath and Gopal , Wiley

OpenStudy (rva.raghav):

is it good

OpenStudy (rva.raghav):

i am not a mechanical student ,i am a instrumentation student

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well i have only used it the day before final exams and i got things clearly , scored good :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ifor better concepts, u should ask some instrumentation senior guys at your college ?

OpenStudy (rva.raghav):

the seniors are useless....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

:)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ask your teachers :)

OpenStudy (rva.raghav):

what is the best book for linear integrated circuits except roy choudhry

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it's out of my syllabus . Sorry :( I am a mechanical and Automotive technology guy www.saeteamkiit.org/~avinash . :) Bye ..

OpenStudy (rva.raghav):

ok thankyou for spending so much of time in telling me all the books.have a good dinner
