By one of the subheadings being "Lasting Benefit" you can knock out C and D. I would think that the answer is A but I think you should consider the other subheading.

I suppose it could be B.....just because of " lasting benefits"...the way it is worded sounds as if it is trying to convince you that the lasting benefits outway the naysayers....I would go with either B or C.
