The site goes offline and you get the owl when new features are being installed. 
The site may be laggy after the new features due to bugs or glitches. 
The site shouldn't be laggy prior to the new features being installed. Check your connection.

@~Chance~ I was being sarcastic. I think that it would seriously bug me and probably bugs the mods/admin when they are being told how to do their job.
