just kidding, man! I'm actually searching for things like what you say. Found this site, Study Blue, where i guess college students do the open study, they set up a material and make it avaiable to others http://www.studyblue.com So.cl would work if more students collaborate But anyway, there are some sections here in open study that are properly for college courses, such as the MIT OCW.
