I have a website with multiple organizations as authors (specifically 4) do I "in text cite" all these organizations (they are long) and do i put all four as authors in the reference page? This would be in APA format
Well, I've only done papers in MLA format, but I should think that it would be mostly the same. Copy the URL and I can look and see what you should cite.
No problem. Give me a minute to look at the thing you want to cite. And is it a specific article?
the article is the website i guess- Joint Position Statement on Evidence-based Occupational Therapy
I would say that for an in text cite you should say something like, " In a Joint Position Statement by the CAOT, ACOTUP, etc." Then on a reference page, I would write out the entire organization names.
SO I would just list out all the what-do-you -call-thems, the letter abbreviations in your text. Then give the whole names on a reference page.
ok and those would be considered the authors?
Yeah. Just say, "In a Joint Position Statement by the ________, it stated......" I did the same thing for one of my papers and my teacher never said it was wrong, and gave me full points.
ok thanks for your help!
Your welcome :)
andd u know how it says.. reviewed by currency (2009)..do i use that instead of 1999
I think so, that's what I would do.
