what effect did the entry of the untied states into world war 1 have on the course of the war

if the united states had not joined world war 1 then the central powers would have had an easy victory. due to the fact that the Russians left the war the allied nations lost about 2million troops thanks to that. now with one front to focus the central powers would have taken over France. the us interfering gave more troops and supplies to the allied nations and after the war set up rules so future wars don't happen again.
