Okay. So it looks like you're learning how to say things like "I like," and "you like," in Spanish. Here are all the ways we say it: Me gusta -- I like Te gusta -- You like Le gusta -- He/She likes Nos gusta -- We like Les gusta -- They like For example: Me gusta el tequila. -- I like the tequila. Te gusta cerveza. -- You like beer. ~~~~~~~~ Simple, right? There's ONE more detail that we need to know: if the object that we like is PLURAL, then we need to add the letter N onto "gusta," so it becomes "gustan." For example: Me GUSTAN las manzanas -- I like the apples. Te GUSTAN los perros. -- You like the dogs. You see? If the object that we like is PLURAL, we must add an N, and say GUSTAN. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Let's take a look at your fill-in-the-blank: A nosotros ____ _______ las frutas. NOSOTROS means WE. And FRUTAS are FRUITS (plural). The sentence is trying to say, "We like the fruits." Do you know how to say that?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'll tell you something: if we're talking about liking (or not liking) an action, we treat it like a SINGULAR. In order words, we would say "gusta."

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay. gotcha! thanks

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The sentence starts off with "a nosotros," Remember that NOSOTROS means WE?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A mí me gusta -- I like A ti te gusta -- You like Do you see how it works?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Do you have any questions? If not, would you wanna try to fill in that sentence again?

OpenStudy (anonymous):
