what differents between used to and use to?

Used to is used in 'past tense' words like 'use' is something that is in the present. Here's an example.

"I used to read books last year."

"May I use your book?"

You see the difference? :)

I live in Texas. I haven't been to HN, unfortunately. I have been to New York. It's very populated, hahaha.
