Easiest way is to find the determinant. If a determinant is equal 0, then the matrix has no inverse. You should be able to find the determinant by just looking at that particular matrix
these questions are quite random by which i mean from all over the place this doesn't have an inverse because the second row has nothing but zeros this tells you instantly that the determinant is zero,
i am wondering what class this is with all these different types of problems
it's algebra 2 but it has alot of calculus problems in it.

This is not calculus lol, pretty much algebra. Calculus is all abstract math
