If you get a 5/5 it will on its own be 100%, but if you are supposed to average the 2/5 and the 5/5, you just add the two percentages and then divide the sum by 2. This will give you a 94.89%.

No no ok i am looking at my gradebook alright and it says possible points is 729/812 possible points and it gives me a percentage of 89.78% k witch is a B for my final grade what i am asking if i retake the quiz witch i praticaly failed and i got 2/5 and i retook it and i got 5/5 will the boost my final percentage instead of 89.78 to atleast a 90%

Yes. If you went from failing on the first try to getting 90%-100% on the second try, then it should boost your grade. Your grade is already really good as a high B and so by retaking the quiz, it should be hard to get at least a 90%.
