In order to do so, you should: 1. fill out a workout log; be sure to record how you feel during and after each workout. 2. have your doctor keep a log of your weight and watch it closely over time. 3. take a fitness test before you set your fitness goals, then repeat the test at regular intervals to monitor your progress. 4. take an online fitness survey and repeat the survey once a year to compare your results and determine if you are making progress.
