I believe its 85 x2y7 all you are doing with the adding binomials is adding everything to similars so the whole numbers go with the whole numbers x's go with x's y's go with y's

However if you meant this to be seen as dividing the top by 5xy the top still does the same thing turning into 85 x2y7 then do normal division on the whole numbers so 85/5 which equals 17 which stays on the top half of the fraction and with the x's and y's its like subtraction so x2-x=x and the x also stays on top since the top would have had the extra x, and y7-y=y6 and that also stays on the top since the top would again have the extra y's so your final answer for that would be 17xy6 over 1 or just 17xy6
