Basically they make room by going through and clearing out unnecessary or unused groups :)

exactly but removal of that stuff has made it even worse, unfortunately

i think earlier we had limited groups here and that was working very well since the reformation has taken place OS has got a bit slow and it keeps going off often but i hope it will be better soon :D
