Brendan has been pulled over in his car. He was following all of the traffic laws and had committed no crimes. The police officer wants to search Brendan’s car. Although he has nothing to hide, which amendment to the Constitution could Brendan cite to keep the police officer from searching his car?
A.Second Amendment B.Ninth Amendment C.First Amendment D.Fourth Amendment
You should really check out the Wikipedia page for this; it explains them all in detail. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_amendments_to_the_United_States_Constitution#Ratified_amendments The above link summarizes each amendment, which should make your assignment much easier. :D
the reason i do not go on wiki is because they give you false answers.(which i have learned that from a teacher) anyone can go on it and add whatever they would like as an explanation to whatever you are searching for.
Not to be rude, but that's why you check the sources. That is also only majorly true for information on newer things; the Constitution and other documents of the like have to be vetted through citations, which they are. You would get more accuracy from Wikipedia and your own studying than you would from a group of strangers on OpenStudy, if you're worried about validation. :P You can find the full amendments on many other sites as well, but Wikipedia has simplified them into Laymen's terms. I would imagine you've been provided the amendments at some point, if you're being quizzed on them. Maybe you should reference that instead.
