"Frequency distribution" is where we're given a value (like a number),
and we're shown how often that number appears.

For example,

take a look at this number wheel:

I could spin this number wheel,
and record how many times I land on 7.

Let's pretend I land on the number 7....five times.

7 would be my value,
and 5 would be my frequency.
