Option1: It's a bit hard to describe why. But one good clue is that the "right" and "front" must have the same height. This rules out option 3. Now for option 1 or 2: try to count how many "block heights" the structure is. If you look carefully, the Right drawing has a "hook" part to it. If you look at the isometric drawing carefully, you see that it cannot join the same height as the horizontal line in the Right drawing. So option 2 cannot be the answer. Only option 1 works
