Ok so lets check the first one. 3/15 and 12/55 Divide 3 by 15. What do you get? Divide 12 by 55. What do you get? If the answers are the same, then the two fractions are proportionate.

Divide the numerator by the denominator. Once you find the pair with the same quotient, you have your answer. (:
