?? It's a "Similar" hexagon. If TWO sides are to be length 3, these 3-sides must correspond with the original 4-sides, since those are the only sides that have the same length.

That's it. It's a good problem. It doesn't quite tell you what it wants. You have to realize the 4-sides are the only ones that match.
