One shift = 75 minutes.
75 minutes divided by 60 minutes per hour = 1.25 hours per shift.

Parts 1 & 2 show that you need to work 2.5 hours.
Part 3 says one shift = 1.25 hours.

How many shifts do you need to work = how many shifts are in 2.5 hours?

Divide 2.5 hours you need to work by 1.25 hours per shift = 2 shifts you need to work to get the $15.00 you need.
