can any1 suggest me best book for analog communication and analog integrated ic's?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for IC: 1) Analysis and Design of Analog Integrated Circuits,(by Robert G. Meyer, Paul R. Gray, Paul J. Hurst, Stephen H. Lewis) - This books is for basics, a little theoretical one. in this circuits are explained for both BJT and MOSFET. 2) Design Of Analog Cmos Integrated Circuits - Razavi -- A very good book, but use this is you have strong fundamentals in CMOS field. otherwise it would be a little bit difficult to understand concepts from this book. so use this book for advance learning

for analog communication i suggest u 2 use b.p.lathi and simon haykin i prefer those books as they have the apt data required
