Chemistry :c
The experiment is done on Latenitelabs, the email address to get in isss kbecker@avmi.org and the password is day11. And the experiment is Empirical Formula For a Hydrate. I don't need just answers but something would be amazing. Because I'm honestly just lost. I have 3 projects to do today and I'll be completely done with Chemistry.
you have the reading?
It's spread over a few lessons. I can give you my school info if you want? They didn't cover it extremely well, though.
i cant help you with masses of the compounds, i can with what you have do after you have the masses, the logic!
I need to learn a lot of Chemistry. T_T
Okay. I can get the basic masses easy enough. I don't know how to multiply them together and get the stuff after that. @ParthKohli It is hell.
Nah, I'd just stick to Math, hehe.
Argh. I don't wanna fail :c
look, find the moles of cuso4 and h2o. just divide the observed mass with molecular mass. now you have to find number of moles of water(X), that 1 mole of cuso4 would furnish, that should be easy. plug X and you have the formula.
omg I'm going to fail. Flipping chemistry.
lol. its really easy. you need to calm down, and you'll get it.
I don't even know how to find the moles. It's seriously I wonder I even have a C in Chemistry. That and projects count for 40% of my grade :/
divide observed mass by molecular mass. molec. mass of cuso4 is 160 and h2o is 18. so moles of cuso4 are w1/160 and moles of h20 are w2/18.
How do you know this stuff? o.o anddd am I dividing 160 by the 18?
Now I am feeling like an idiot.
Me too
lol. i know this.. let w1/160=moles of cuso4 be Y and moles of water=Z. once you have these two values, divide Z/Y. this would give you X, i.e number of moles of water for 1 mole of copper sulphate.
lol.. i hope you got it. i gtg now. bye.
Okay lol thanksss!
