Check the first one, simplify by opening braces,
2t - 2 + 3t < 2
i.e., 2t + 3t < 4
i.e., 5t < 4
which gives t < 4/5

t∈(-∞,4/5)
gives us the solution set...

Be careful about using Round braces (.) or Square braces [.] because they have different meanings, (.) signify that the end points are NOT included,
