It's the 4th selection because you can re-write the equation into slope-intercept form: y = mx + b which in this case is: y = 3x + 4 Here, we can see that the intercept is "4", which is "b" in the general form, and "m" is the slope, which is "3" and we can see that when we take any point and go up 3 and over to the right 1, we still have a point on the line.
