I was able to figure it out.
12 would be B, yes. B. "La semana próxima, yo hablaré con él." "Next week, I will speak with him." We need to know that "semana próxima" means "next week." We also need to know the FUTURE tense of "hablar," because we're talking about NEXT WEEK. And that is "hablaré." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ In #13, option A kind of makes sense. I understand that it's trying to say "the bread is under the table." But I hear "debajo" used more often than "bajo," when we're trying to say "under." Option B makes no sense at all. And that leaves us with C. "El vaso está encima de la mesa." "The glass is on top of the table." We know that "encima" means "above," or "on top." It makes perfect sense.
