how to use Stem and leaf to write decimal numbers
like 19.36 20.89 21.74 19.54 21.14

The stems would be 102, 103, 105

The leaves would be 1, 4, 9 (for the stem 102), 1 (for the stem 103), and 2 (for the stem 105)

So the stem and leaf plot would look like this

104 |
105 | 2


Key: 102 | 9 stands for the value 10.29
