Superman and Newton's third law If superman did really exist.. i would like to know his physics of levitation..any thoughts? :D..
Thanks mate.. but still there is no answer has to how he would propel himself?
Exactly. That's why superman is restricted to comics.
we must be able to work out something .. :-/
Shifting from science to science fiction - maybe he has the ability to warp space-time around him to propel himself forward. That is what some theorist claims happened here: http://science.discovery.com/life-earth-science/10-bermuda-triangle-theories.htm
thats abotu bermuda triangle :O.. hulk.. whats wrong with you? :P
yeah but it's still about superman. watch this video upto 12:40 : http://youtu.be/LzeJaGwVykw?t=8m
he uses advanced technology to push photons back :P
no he doesn't.. else light would be scattered around him :P
You'll get funny answers when you ask this questions to students ;) What I got so far, and remember: 1. cool breath, which possible make him lower pressure, therefore levitate 2. fast breath, which possible make him possible to levitate
or maybe i thought of a valid thing.. since he is super strong.. he must have a super strong chest as well he might be able to create perfect vacuum by sucking in air.. and levitates :D
It's pretty simple really...flatulence.
whats that?
lolz i just googled :D
Or he may be able to change his body density.. and cause buoyancy .. like helium balloons
lmao xD @Shane_B's theory seems most plausible.
