Is human blood acidic, basic or neutral?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The ph of human blood is 7.35. Blood is mostly neutral, just a bit basic.

thank u..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but on the net, some places i got it as basic...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The normal pH of your blood is around 7.3/7.4 . The neutral pH is 7, basic is from 7 to 14 and acid is from 0 to 7. So technically, the blood is basic, but since the pH is really near 7, some people say blood is neutral.

ohk..

I think you should remember the blood as a basic fluid :)
