In force between two long parallel current-carrying conductors, B2 is taken outwards and B1 is taken inwards, whereas both point outwards. How is that possible?

Using Fleming's left-hand rule you should know that the electric current I, and magnet field B, creates a force that creates the direction of magnetic field. The cables are pulled inward by the current.
