Julie divided x^4 + 3x^3 -9x^2 +6 by a polynomial. Her answer was x^3 - 2x^2 + x - 5 with a remainder of 31. What polynomial did Julie divide by?

So basically, what you do is just set it up but without the divisor: |dw:1358877290497:dw|
Then you try to figure out what the divisor is. We know that x is one of the terms since x^3 times x = x^4
Now all we have to do is figure out what the other term is.
