Whats the proper way to cite a quote from a text book in APA style. What I mean is, I want to directly quote an IRS regulation that Is directly quoted in a law text book? Should I cite the text book? trace down the IRS reg and cite that? cite both? HELP!!!

Use this website when citing: http://www.easybib.com it has the APA format. I think you can cite the text book, but it might be more authentic to cite the IRS regulation from the original document.
